Mark lives in the peaceful rural countryside of Essex with his partner Susan, where together they share an ethical, sustainable, and well-being lifestyle, working with other couples to help them achieve the same.
Mark is particularly interested in integrating spiritual personal development, realisation, peace, harmony and social justice into his meditation practice and teachings. He has a particular interest in helping those who have been impacted by the narcissistic and controlling behaviour of others, unwinding the learnt behaviours that are often left as mental scars. In addition, Mark and a growing group of people are now dedicated to universal love, justice and real well-being for each other and the earth. It all begins with cultivating a liberated and realising lifestyle. Mark works with people and organisations around the world on an ongoing basis.
In the midst of the current global environmental crisis, Mark is committed to using his 'insights' gained from spending time with communities in far-flung remote communities around the world to explore the relationship between contemplative practice, nature, plant-based consumption and sustainability, whilst applying the levers of mindfulness, compassion and wisdom towards a new way of peaceful living, and of course, sharing this with others. Mark works with individuals and organisations in classes and one-to-one settings, developing transformational starts, so that all may reach their highest life potential. This often revolves around the dual application of meditation and wisdom application. Mark also carries out various Buddhist Celebrant Chaplain duties.
Mark is accomplished in the knowledge and art of tea, having taught the subject around the world for one of the worlds most famous Tea companies. He has put to use his Tea Tasting skills with various articles, TV appearances and one to one coaching. Aside, Mark now combines the experience of Tea into meditation practices.
