Mark lives in the peaceful rural countryside of Essex, U.K. with his partner Susan who teaches Hatha Yoga. Together they share an ethical, sustainable, spiritually enhancing and well-being lifestyle, built on the foundations of kindness and compassion and wisdom, working with others to help them achieve the same.
Mark teaches meditation for practitioners to gain peace of mind, awareness, calmness, focus and contemplative lifestyles so that you might gain the maximum from your life, relationship, goals, or missions
He also works on integrating spirituality as a foundation in tandem with personal development, realisation, peace, harmony and social justice. Primarily he works to deliver techniques fostering peace of mind and joyfulness. (Realistic positivity)
Mark also has a particular interest in serving those who have been impacted by the narcissistic/sociopathic behaviour of others - helping victims to learn meditation techniques that will enable unwinding learnt behaviours that have often been left as mental scars by them having been subjected to the controlling, anti-social and dysfunctional behaviours of others.
Mark believes spiritual practice, meditation and faith intertwined within a spiritual framework create a peaceful and coherent society focused on helping others.
Amid the current global environmental crisis, Mark is committed to using his 'insights' gained from spending time with communities in far-flung remote communities around the world to explore the relationship between contemplative practice, peace of mind, nature, plant-based consumption, self-regenerative healing methods and sustainability.
Mark also spends a lot of time serving others by showing them how to apply the levers of mindfulness, compassion and simple wisdom towards a new way of peaceful living and, at the same time, sharing this to benefit others and the community as a whole.
Mark works with people around the world in classes and one-to-one settings, developing and progressing transformational starts together so that all may reach their highest life potential, so in turn, they might help others. This often revolves around the dual application of meditation and contemplation through discussion and lifestyle choices.
