Mantras, prayers, and blessings are personal expressions of my faith, belief system, and long-standing spiritual traditions that I practice as a lay-ordained Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner and teacher. This practice is rooted in the intention of spiritual upliftment and forms a natural part of my daily life, where I include prayers and blessings for family, friends, and those who request them.
Please read the following carefully:
Whether you request a mantra, prayer, blessing, or spiritual support, it is offered as part of my personal belief system (Vajrayana Buddhism). Any such offering should be understood as a spiritual or personal support service only, and is not intended as a substitute for professional help of any kind.
If you are currently experiencing physical, emotional, psychological, or mental health concerns, or believe you may be developing a serious condition, you are strongly encouraged to seek support from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
You remain fully responsible for your own health, care, and wellbeing at all times.
At times, particularly during yoga or meditation sessions, a blessing may involve a light touch to the top of the head or palm of the hand. These are traditional, non-obligatory gestures offered with respect and reverence.
You will always be asked beforehand. If you prefer not to receive any form of touch, simply curl into the corner of your mat or inform us discreetly, or use the touch cards—your preference will be fully honoured.
This offering is made freely and only upon your request. No payment, donation, favour, or exchange of any kind will be asked for. You are also encouraged to explore other sources of prayer and spiritual support, including places of worship and sacred spaces across the UK and worldwide, if they feel right for you.
There are no guarantees or assurances in relation to any spiritual outcome. My intention is simply to offer a space of sincere prayer, with compassion and integrity.
I am not tied to any person, organisation or group. I work with my faith in the community, as I have vowed, with integrity and respect for the uniqueness of each individual I support.
Thank you for your understanding.
