Mark is a seasoned meditation instructor, ordained Buddhist Dharma teacher and well-being mentor, specialising in mindfulness, Zen, and tantric-style meditation within a deep-rooted Buddhist practice. He leverages his extensive travel experiences in Central Asia and the Far East and his life goal of serving others to teach various meditation and mindfulness practices to promote peace, wellness, healing, and life purpose. Mark integrates spirituality and personal development into his teachings, including admissions of sustainable living, self-regenerative healing methods, and self-regulated well-being techniques for today's world.
Susan is a Yoga Alliance-accredited RYT200 yoga teacher with over ten years of yoga experience. She has studied classic authentic breath-based Hatha yoga heavily influenced by Krishnamacharya, alongside various pranayama and meditation techniques. Susan teaches classes suitable for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. She has a background in engineering and has also transitioned into becoming a yoga teacher, discovering the profound impact of yoga beyond physical movement, fostering inner peace and self-discovery. Susan's vegan lifestyle aligns with her commitment to environmental sustainability and compassion for all sentient beings.

The retreat officially starts upon arrival at the retreat centre. The transfer time from Brindisi Airport is approximately 40 minutes, while Bari Airport has a 2-hour transfer. We offer a complimentary transfer bus at the most popular flight arrival time/location (details to be provided). Alternatively, feel free to organize your transportation to the retreat center. We can offer information on local car hire or transfer services if needed.
